Product & Growth Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Product & Growth Manager to join a specialist services organisation. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will own a portfolio of technical B2B products, shaping their market positioning and driving revenue through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine product propositions and customer messaging.
• Translate technical services into clear, compelling customer benefits.
• Build and execute practical go‑to‑market plans and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Write product pages, case studies, email campaigns and sales collateral.
• Manage marketing activity across web, email, content and CRM platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to deepen product and market understanding.
• Support sales teams by generating qualified opportunities and enhancing product positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a B2B environment with strong commercial awareness.
• Track record of launching or promoting products or services.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Interest in AI and technology as productivity tools.
