Product Management - Senior Associate

About the role

As a Senior Associate in the Portfolio Investment Governance Product team, you will drive end‑to‑end product delivery, champion innovation and help embed AI capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to discover customer solutions and shape the product roadmap for a suite that supports Portfolio, Capacity, Financial Management and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product delivery lifecycle – intake, dependency and release management, operationalisation and feasibility assessment.
• Lead discovery activities to uncover user needs and translate them into backlog items.
• Maintain and prioritise a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Write clear requirements, epics and user stories for development teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to user documentation.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve user experience, automation or decision‑making.

Required profile

• Relevant experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a related domain.
• Hands‑on experience with product lifecycle activities, especially discovery and requirements definition.
• Understanding of data analytics, data literacy and release‑management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in UAT and creating user documentation.
