Product Manager, Agent Platform

About the role

Siena is building an Agent of Record platform that powers CX for consumer brands. As the Product Manager for the core agent platform you will own the systems that define agent capabilities, performance measurement and customer visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end agent platform, setting roadmap and expanding capabilities.
• Build and ship evaluation, testing and monitoring systems to improve agent performance.
• Provide real‑time customer visibility into platform actions and outcomes.
• Design and run journey‑level A/B tests to guide product decisions.
• Lead onboarding, launch cycles, demos and co‑selling with sales.

Required profile

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk or AI automation.
• Strong problem‑solver who thrives in a customer‑facing, ambiguous environment.
• Experience running structured experiments or A/B tests.
• Technical fluency to scope webhook systems, OAuth flows and complex integrations.
