Product Manager – AI Agent Development (Arabic)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise‑grade AI agents for our Arabic‑speaking customers. You will partner with engineers and clients to design, ship, and continuously improve AI agents that handle thousands of daily conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch AI agents that support high‑volume customer interactions.
• Engage with customers at all levels to gather requirements, present demos, and address technical challenges.
• Shape the product roadmap by collaborating with engineering and product teams to define and implement new features.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of product development experience in highly technical domains.
• Senior‑level product management experience, including influencing software development with customers.
• Proven ability to craft and deliver technical messages to executives and technical audiences.
• Technical degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA or similar is a plus.
• Experience with AI‑related products is highly desirable.
