Product Manager – B2B SaaS (Hybrid, Watford)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing B2B SaaS business in Watford. You will own key areas of the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to deliver high‑impact, AI‑driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver product initiatives from concept through launch.
• Define requirements, prioritize development and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Champion AI‑enabled automation and intelligent workflows.
• Analyse user behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing for successful launches and adoption.

Required profile

• Proven product management or product owner experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning and Agile delivery.
• Data‑driven decision making with solid stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence both technical and non‑technical teams.
