Product Manager - Cards

About the role

JPMorgan Chase is building a new Cards Platform team to deliver innovative card products that put customers at the centre. As a Product Manager you will turn ideas into market‑ready solutions, working closely with engineering, design, legal and compliance to bring fintech innovations to life.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the voice of customers in product and API design, ensuring their needs shape development cycles.
• Own end‑to‑end customer journeys, from sales engagement through integration to post‑launch operations.
• Collaborate with peer product teams to identify dependencies and streamline coordination.
• Gather and author product requirements with engineering, design, research, legal and controls stakeholders.
• Define vision and execution goals using OKRs, keeping the team motivated and focused.
• Run Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives alongside engineering leads.
• Facilitate business approvals, product reviews and compliance checks for new features and operations.

• Experience delivering high‑impact projects and working hands‑on with customers on requirements and go‑live activities.
