Product Manager - CCaaS

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our communications and customer engagement platforms. Based in Poole with a hybrid schedule, you will own a high‑impact product area covering Zoom, collaboration tools and omni‑channel messaging, driving smarter experiences for employees and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product roadmap for communications and collaboration platforms.
• Drive improvements and new features across Zoom and omni‑channel engagement tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT and Operations to deliver integrations and enhancements.
• Shape how communication technology supports customer journeys and internal workflows.
• Gather requirements, prioritise initiatives and translate ideas into deliverable outcomes.
• Use feedback, data and user insight to boost platform adoption and user experience.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors.
• Champion a user‑focused, product‑led approach across the business.

Required profile

• Product‑mindset with strong collaboration and delivery focus.
• Experience working on digital platforms or communications technologies.
• Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Solutions Engineer, Digital Product Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience with collaboration, communications or customer‑engagement platforms.
• Solid understanding of product delivery and roadmap management.
