Product Manager – Credit Card & Personal Loans

About the role

You will join Post Office Ltd’s Financial Services team to support the Lead Product Manager in overseeing credit card and personal loan products. Working in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive product improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Product Manager in managing the credit card and personal loans portfolio.
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to align product strategy.
• Lead or support initiatives ranging from marketing optimisations to large‑scale technology projects.
• Ensure product changes meet customer focus, profitability targets, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the growth of the lending suite while maintaining operational excellence.

Required profile

• Experience in a commercial environment, preferably in account or relationship management.
• Strong operational background with solid analytical abilities.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
