Product Manager – Customer & Accounts

About the role

As a Product Manager you will shape the evolution of Awin’s Billing & Payments and CRM capabilities, creating seamless experiences for internal and external users. Working at the crossroads of product, commercial operations and technology, you will bridge teams, systems and processes to deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary product partner between Billing & Payments, CRM, Engineering and business stakeholders, aligning priorities on the roadmap.
• Identify customer, user and business pain points across billing, pricing and payment journeys and translate insights into clear product opportunities.
• Define, prioritize and deliver initiatives that create integrated, friction‑less experiences across platforms.
• Foster collaboration between Billing & Payments and CRM teams, surfacing synergies and managing dependencies.
• Champion outcome‑driven product ways of working, leading discovery, validation and data‑informed decision‑making.
• Communicate product vision, progress and trade‑offs to stakeholders through compelling narratives and metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of launching and scaling products that deliver measurable customer and business value.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex challenges and translate them into clear requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven continuous improvement.
• Experience driving organisational change and embedding new ways of working.
