Product Manager, Data

About the role

ITV is hiring a Product Manager, Data for its Tech, Data & Product division, based in White City, London. Reporting to the Head of Product, Viewer Data & Growth, you will join a technical product group whose mission is to power ITVX's enterprise data and AI foundation. The role bridges analytical rigour with product delivery, turning complex data flows across Cloud Infrastructure (GCP/BigQuery), Data Science models and subscription signals into production-ready data products that support commercial partnerships and viewer experiences. The position is permanent, full-time, hybrid (1-2 days on site), with a salary of £45,000 - £52,000.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Big Data Engineering to identify and run GCP cost-optimisation opportunities across data storage and BigQuery compute pipelines.
• Help standardise financial and subscription data flows, turning multi-partner billing signals into clean, structured data models for executive reporting and internal AI tools.
• Partner with Data Science to move Viewer Machine Learning models (e.g. household composition and co-viewing) from experimental scripts to live batch and API pipelines.
• Translate technical requirements and data schemas into user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised agile backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineers, data analysts and platform teams to validate data accuracy, monitor pipeline health and maintain high governance standards.

Required profile

• A strong analytical or quantitative background, such as a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Either 1+ years of experience in a data analytics, software engineering or technical graduate role looking to move into Product Management, or an early-career PM with a strong technical appetite for cloud data and AI.
