Product Manager – Data (Sustainability SaaS)

About the role

This newly created Data Product Manager position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing SaaS sustainability platform. You will own the data flow across the product ecosystem, shape a next‑generation carbon intelligence platform and influence product, engineering and commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the core data model that underpins the Carbon Hub platform.
• Drive the strategic development and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a key product asset.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations teams to set roadmap priorities.
• Lead discovery workshops with customers to understand data impact and translate insights into product features.
• Define, prioritize and maintain a data‑product backlog.
• Support the development of APIs and future AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Manage relationships with external data providers.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis and delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering successful data products in SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of data models, integrations and platform architecture.
• Experience owning CRM products, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ability to influence and align both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Background in scale‑up or fast‑moving product environments.
• Commercially minded with a strong customer focus.
• Passion for using AI tools to improve productivity and decision‑making.
