Product Manager – Electrical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of product categories within a leading manufacturer of wiring, lighting, cable management and electrical installation accessories. The role will focus on product strategy, lifecycle management and market expansion in the electrical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee specific product categories, aligning them with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with development, marketing and sales teams to drive product success and profitability.
• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends, technological advances and regulatory changes affecting the product range.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the product portfolio.
• Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials and product communications.
• Lead planning and execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Analyse market data to inform pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
• Act as product advocate, supporting sales initiatives with detailed analyses.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders to enhance product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management within the electrical or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Customer‑oriented with a track record of building effective relationships.
• Innovative and strategic thinker with a proactive, hands‑on attitude.

Required skills
