About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead product management for a market‑leading manufacturer of wiring, lighting, cable management and electrical installation accessories. You will shape product strategy, drive profitability and ensure the portfolio meets evolving market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee specific product categories, aligning them with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with development, marketing and sales teams to deliver successful product launches.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product strategies throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends, technological advances and regulatory changes affecting the range.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the product portfolio.
• Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials and product communications.
• Lead planning and execution of new product introductions and related campaigns.
• Analyse market data to inform pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
• Act as the primary product advocate, supporting sales with detailed analyses and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the electrical or related manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
