Product Manager II – Identity & Access Management

About the role

As a Product Manager II you will own one or more Identity and Access Management (IAM) product features, turning customer insight into innovative solutions. You will act as the voice of the customer, using market insight, feedback and data to make onboarding and access seamless while meeting security and compliance standards. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive specifications, roadmap execution and day‑to‑day product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own discovery and specifications for multiple IAM product features throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and maintain the roadmap for your feature area, translating priorities into a sequenced development plan.
• Gather customer insights, market analysis and data to shape product requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Technology, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver high‑quality enhancements.
• Prioritise and resolve customer issues, defects and feature requests, and monitor success metrics.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of product management experience, with ownership of products or significant feature sets.
• Strong customer focus and proven ability to translate insights into measurable product improvements.
• Excellent analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; technical or business‑related degree preferred.
