Product Manager – Industrial (CASC) – Remote

About the role

The Product Manager will drive commercial development of Caldic’s industrial portfolio, focusing on the CASC market segments. Working remotely from the United Kingdom, you will act as the primary link between suppliers and the commercial organisation, shaping product strategy and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans for assigned suppliers and product lines.
• Monitor product performance, pricing and profitability across all segments.
• Identify portfolio gaps and recommend new products or solutions.
• Maintain accurate product information, technical data and commercial documentation.
• Support the sales organisation with product expertise, training and commercial guidance.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the Product Group Leader to define pricing strategies and margin targets.
• Track KPIs such as margin, volume, pipeline development and supplier performance.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and suppliers via CRM reports and scorecards.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Care, Technical and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing industrial product portfolios.
• Strong ability to act as a liaison between suppliers and commercial teams.
• Experience conducting market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
• Track record of developing business plans and monitoring product profitability.
• Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
