Product Manager - Innovation

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Product Manager to lead innovation within our award‑winning FinTech SaaS platform. Based in Reading with the flexibility to work remotely, you will use AI‑driven approaches to create new features that eliminate manual, repetitive tasks for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in customer workflows across the product suite.
• Define and prioritize an innovation‑focused roadmap, incorporating AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and account management to translate needs into new product features.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver AI‑centric enhancements.
• Establish metrics to measure feature adoption and usage.
• Champion innovative ideas across the business and educate colleagues on emerging possibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably FinTech or professional services.
• Proven track record of using AI and innovation to launch new product features.
• Strong ability to convert customer problems into prioritized specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Dynamic, energetic mindset with the capacity to drive ideas forward.
• Ability to balance compliance‑critical delivery with experimental AI initiatives.
