Product Manager (Lending & Savings)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to become the subject‑matter expert for our lending and savings portfolio. You will own the day‑to‑day management and development of Real Estate Finance, Asset Finance and Savings products, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for customers and sustainable commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle for Real Estate Finance, Asset Finance and Savings, from set‑up through ongoing enhancements.
• Support risk and control management across the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including credit, operations, front‑line, and third‑party partners—to deliver product changes and improvements.
• Analyse market trends, competitor propositions and customer needs to inform product strategy.
• Drive data‑based decision‑making, turning complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with lending and savings products, including product set‑up and customer‑lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience with credit processes such as underwriting support, policy interpretation or risk assessment.
• Strong understanding of the markets the bank operates in and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent relationship‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguous data, draw conclusions and communicate insights clearly.
