Product Manager, Publisher Payments

About the role

As the Product Manager for Publisher Payments you will own and continuously improve Awin's global payment experience for publishers. You will ensure payments are accurate, on‑time and delivered through the most suitable methods across multiple countries, currencies and regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve the end‑to‑end publisher payments journey, balancing compliance, operational efficiency and user experience.
• Define, prioritize and deliver product initiatives that simplify payment processes and increase transparency.
• Identify pain points through data analysis, customer feedback and market research, turning insights into clear product outcomes.
• Lead discovery activities to validate publisher needs and ensure solutions address real problems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations and compliance teams to align priorities and implement improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling customer‑focused products.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems.
