Product Manager (Regulatory Compliance)

You will turn customer insights and data into product decisions that deliver measurable value and outstanding user experiences across the RegCompliance+ platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse usage data, synthesize feedback from commercial teams and partner with UX research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Define and prioritise feature requirements and acceptance criteria, contributing to market and competitive research.
• Own AI‑driven product features through the full development lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, content, sales and marketing to ensure clear requirements and timely delivery.
• Monitor post‑release performance using key metrics and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for iteration.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, business analysis or a closely related role, with strong product thinking.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven product development and how AI creates customer value.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS, information services, legal or compliance technology environments.
• Understanding of UK/EU regulatory compliance areas such as employment law, data protection, ESG, AML/CTF.
