Product Manager – Technical Portfolio (Leeds)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own an established product portfolio in Leeds. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing to manage the full product lifecycle, support new product development and ensure products meet market and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product portfolio and introduce new products.
• Support product development from concept through to launch.
• Provide technical product support to internal teams and customers.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Coordinate product testing, certification and compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation and product literature.
• Work with manufacturing to support product quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximise product performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Product Manager, ideally within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, organised and solution‑focused approach.
• Degree in Engineering, Product Management or a related discipline (desirable).
