Product Manager – Trade Management (Athena Platform)

About the role

The Athena Platform team within JPMorgan's Corporate & Investment Bank is looking for a Product Manager to own the Trade Management stack. You will partner with engineering, line‑of‑business, operations and front‑office teams to shape the product strategy, roadmap and delivery of trade capture, UI tooling, data modelling and lifecycle processing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering and business stakeholders to define and prioritize technical features for the Athena Trade Management stack.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and market requirements.
• Lead the development and delivery of platform capabilities against clear Objectives and Key Results, using automated KPIs to measure success.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate market‑specific needs into scalable, reusable solutions.
• Ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of JPMorgan’s Markets businesses and beyond.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technology‑focused environment.
• Background in software engineering or a strong understanding of technical product development.
• Ability to prioritize technical features and solve complex business problems in a fast‑changing setting.
• Experience working with cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
