Product Marketer – Associate

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Product Marketer – Associate in the Commercial & Investment Bank Marketing team. You will bring global market products to life through high‑impact, data‑driven campaigns that connect product strategy with client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans for a portfolio of global markets products.
• Create lifecycle engagement strategies, including nurture journeys, email and onsite personalization.
• Translate business goals into media briefs, measurement plans and success metrics.
• Partner with media agencies to plan, buy, optimise and analyse paid‑media campaigns.
• Integrate paid, owned and earned channels across web, email, social and events.
• Project‑manage cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver messaging and content.
• Monitor performance in real time and prepare clear readouts and presentations.
• Write and edit marketing assets such as digital ads, social posts, sales enablement tools, videos and help guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience executing product and digital marketing tactics in a B2B environment.
• Ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, audience‑focused messaging.
• Strong analytical mindset to use performance insights for continuous improvement.
