Product Marketing Engineer

About the role

ClickHouse is seeking a Product Marketing Engineer to become the go‑to expert on its high‑performance OLAP database. You will turn deep technical knowledge into clear, compelling content that drives awareness and adoption among prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop subject‑matter expertise on ClickHouse and its ecosystem.
• Create a wide range of marketing collateral, including blog posts, benchmarks, guides, demos, webpages, documentation, and conference presentations.
• Define and execute a content strategy and roadmap, measuring impact with metrics and stakeholder feedback.
• Translate technical features into concise value propositions that address customer pain points.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine positioning.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to align messaging.

Required profile

• 5+ years of engineering or product‑marketing engineering experience.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engineering‑focused content.
• Proven project‑management ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team‑player who works effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Passion for technology, staying current on industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
