Product & Marketing Executive

About the role

This is a high‑impact position that blends product development with marketing for a fast‑growing luxury travel business. You will help launch and shape a brand‑new high‑end travel division, working closely with senior leadership and enjoying significant autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a global portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts and destination management companies.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and secure marketing contributions from suppliers.
• Create and maintain website content, oversee a major website project and ensure SEO best practices.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media and other channels.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring a luxury‑focused brand voice.
• Support overall brand development and positioning in the market.

Required profile

• Proven experience within a luxury tour operator or high‑end travel business.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotels, resorts and destinations worldwide.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Independent, proactive work style with excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
