Product Operations Intern

About the role

Flagright is seeking a Product Operations Intern to join its London office. You will work closely with customer‑facing and product teams, turning real‑world feedback into actionable product improvements while supporting customer implementations and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Customer Success Managers with onboarding, environment setup, configuration, and go‑live validation.
• Build internal tools to automate repetitive workflows, create tracking systems, and reduce manual overhead.
• Identify process gaps and design automated solutions to eliminate manual tasks.
• Own the knowledge‑base infrastructure, ensuring coverage, freshness, and accuracy as the product evolves.
• Develop and maintain signals and reporting layers to surface at‑risk accounts, track adoption, and provide visibility into SLA and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer pain points into clear, scoped requirements.
• Support QA for new feature releases by verifying functionality against customer‑facing requirements.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, able to take initiative and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable owning targets rather than just completing tasks.
