Product Owner AI

About the role

Join a leading international professional services organisation as a Product Owner AI, shaping the future of artificial intelligence across the business. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will work closely with the Head of Product and a team of Product Managers to drive adoption and evolution of cutting‑edge AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the AI product roadmap.
• Manage and prioritise product backlogs, feature requests and emerging AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and identify new opportunities.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate product releases, testing and implementation activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for users, providing guidance and resolving queries.
• Maintain governance, compliance and product documentation.
• Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Product Specialist, Product Owner or similar product‑focused role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
• Experience working in Agile environments with backlog and roadmap exposure.
• Familiarity with AI products, Generative AI, Large Language Models or emerging technologies is highly advantageous.
• Experience in legal or professional services is a plus but not essential.
