Product Owner (Link Key Accounts)

About the role

Veeva Systems is a mission‑driven SaaS leader in the life‑sciences industry, offering a flexible "Work Anywhere" environment. As the Product Owner for Link Key Accounts you will shape and deliver AI‑powered SaaS features for the US healthcare ecosystem, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet complex customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of key product features, partnering with data, design, and engineering teams.
• Lead development and launch of AI‑powered features, providing thought leadership on prompt design, evaluation, and implementation.
• Define and manage technical product requirements, including API specifications and medical‑claims capabilities.
• Implement and analyze product usage analytics to understand user journeys and improve feature adoption.
• Engage directly with customers through structured feedback sessions to iterate on newly released features.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an established software organization.
• 2+ years focused on SaaS products within the US healthcare ecosystem.
• A technical degree or equivalent hands‑on technical experience.
• Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML‑powered product features.
