Product Owner – SaaS Platform (Hybrid, Poole)

About the role

Product Owner required by an established and growing technology‑led organisation in Poole to drive the evolution of their SaaS platform portfolio. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in the Poole office, and offers the chance to work at the heart of product delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders, engineering teams and external technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap and backlog.
• Define and prioritise features based on business value and customer needs.
• Work with internal customers to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive fast‑paced delivery of integrations, new functionality and platform improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and delivery partners throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with third‑party technology vendors and strategic partners.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption and ongoing business value.
• Champion Agile best practice and continuous product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a SaaS environment.
• Experience delivering software integrations and working with APIs or interconnected platforms.
• Track record of working closely with development teams in Agile environments.
• Strong backlog management, roadmap planning and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with third‑party suppliers and technology partners.
• Data‑driven approach to product decisions and continuous improvement.
