Product & Sales Officer

About the role

As a Product & Sales Officer at Cycling UK you will drive the development and commercialisation of our routes portfolio and related products. Working from home with occasional travel to our London and Guildford offices, you will help generate income for the charity while championing the benefits of cycling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day routes activity and ensure seamless integration with wider commercial products such as membership, insurance and e‑commerce.
• Manage product development from concept through launch, using customer insight, data and market understanding.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, tourism organisations and other stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new income‑generating product opportunities aligned with the charity’s mission.
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to deliver commercial results.

Required profile

• Motivated by delivering commercial outcomes that support a charitable purpose.
• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate activity across several teams.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using customer insight to improve products and services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for the societal benefits of cycling, even if not a regular cyclist.
