About the role
We are looking for a motivated Production Assistant to join a well‑established manufacturing company in rural Tonbridge. This entry‑level position offers full training and a clear pathway for long‑term career development within the production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Weigh and prepare raw materials with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pack finished products and apply hand‑labelling as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Bright, driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Comfortable with early shift starts (7:30 am) and reliable personal transport.
Required skills
- Operating production machinery.
- Material weighing and measurement.
- Product packing and hand labelling.
