Production Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, organised and proactive Production Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end manufacturing process of our consumer‑goods product lines, from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full production cycle for all product lines, coordinating with design, sales and licensing teams.
• Work with domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure timely, cost‑effective manufacturing.
• Monitor production schedules, adjust plans to meet retailer deadlines and resolve any delays.
• Ensure products comply with UK and EU safety, quality and licensing standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with licensors to guarantee brand compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably within consumer goods.
• Experience with licensed products and UK retail environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain processes and production planning.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and licensors.
• Experience leading small teams in a fast‑paced environment.
