Production & FLT Operative (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a Production / FLT Operative to join a Milton Keynes based manufacturing company on a six‑month temporary contract. The role involves operating a range of production equipment and handling materials in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, with rotating shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as mills, dispensing machines and manual handling tools.
• Drive counterbalance and reach forklifts to move stock, provided you hold a valid licence.
• Weigh and fill finished product containers to exact specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations, floors and drainage systems.
• Pick and locate materials on warehouse racking following health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (06:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00 on a weekly basis).
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations is advantageous.
• Valid counterbalance and/or reach truck licence preferred but not essential.
