About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team in Nottingham. You will ensure smooth production operations while maintaining strict compliance with technical documentation and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the production department and staff to guarantee efficient manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all product and technical documentation meets manufacturing procedure requirements.
- Coach production team members to achieve quality and company standards.
- Support the QA team in handling quality deviations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a production or similar role within pharma, BRC, compliance, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven people and team management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
