Production Manager – Stone Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our stone manufacturing team in Hayes. You will coordinate the production of high‑end marble furniture, staircases and flooring for prestigious London projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate the daily activities of the production department.
• Monitor quality standards and maintain a high level of workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and develop the production team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the use of CNC machinery and interpret technical drawings for project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
