About the role
Join a family‑run agricultural machinery manufacturer as a Production Operative, working on a state‑of‑the‑art site in Truro. The role offers a varied, hands‑on experience across several departments while enjoying a four‑day working week.
Key responsibilities
- Work across multiple production departments including machining, assembly and plasma cutting.
- Follow the manufacturing process from initial machining through to final assembly, Monday‑Thursday with Fridays off.
Required profile
- Production Operative or similar with a desire for a varied, hands‑on role.
- Able to commute to the Truro site.

What we offer
