Production Operative (4-Day Working Week/Friday's Off)

About the role
This is a varied and exciting production operative position at a large, state‑of‑the‑art agricultural machinery manufacturer. You will rotate across several departments, gaining exposure to machining, assembly and plasma cutting while enjoying a four‑day work week with Fridays off.
Key responsibilities
- Work across multiple production and manufacturing departments, including machining, assembly and plasma cutting.
- Participate in the manufacturing process from initial machining to final assembly of large agricultural machines.
Required profile
- Experience as a Production Operative or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Willingness and ability to work across a variety of production/manufacturing areas.
