Production Operative – Cleanroom Manufacturing

About the role

Join a world‑class global manufacturer as a Production Operative working in a cleanroom environment. You will carry out controlled manufacturing processes and help maintain high quality standards on a 12‑hour shift pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and cleanroom protocols.
• Measure and monitor product quality throughout the production run.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GDPR, health & safety and equality, diversity and inclusion policies.
• Support continuous improvement and personal development initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and promote a positive working environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom setting.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and adapt to shift patterns.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
