Production Operative – Flexible Shifts in Forest of Dean

About the role

Join a leading global beverage manufacturing facility as a Production Operative. You will work in a fast‑paced environment in the Forest of Dean, helping to package high‑quality products for millions of consumers while enjoying flexible shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective production and packaging of high‑quality goods.
• Prepare, operate and clean packaging equipment efficiently.
• Perform on‑line quality control checks on finished products, components and syrups.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety/PPE guidelines.
• Assist cross‑functional teams according to daily production needs.
• Handle manual lifting duties safely as required.

Required profile

• Reliable and physically fit for hands‑on tasks.
• Flexible to work all shift patterns (morning, afternoon, night).
• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Operating packaging equipment.
