Production Operative – Food Manufacturing

About the role

Join Brioche Pasquier’s modern 240,000 sq ft facility in Milton Keynes as a Production Operative. You will help deliver high‑quality brioche products to UK retailers, working on a rotating 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern that includes both day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, control and manage baking machines and related equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation of the work area and production line.
• Perform and record regular quality checks against deadlines.
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance of machines and production equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety and food‑safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Flexible, ‘can‑do’ attitude towards shift work.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to collective goals.
• Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in a busy food‑production environment is advantageous, but full training is provided for the right candidate.
