Production Operative – Full‑time Manufacturing Role

About the role

We are seeking reliable Production Operatives to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team in Leeds. The role offers a clear pathway from temporary to permanent employment, with full training provided for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble and manufacture products to high quality standards.
• Pack finished goods ready for dispatch.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the production process.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area.
• Report any faults or issues to the Team Leader.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.
• Support colleagues to achieve production targets.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented and reliable.
• Punctual, hardworking and physically fit for long periods of standing.
• Basic maths skills for counting, measuring and simple calculations.
• Basic English communication abilities.
