Production Operative – Full‑Time Permanent (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

We are looking for Production Operatives to join our team at the Ruskington site. The role is a full‑time permanent position on an afternoon shift, working 42.5 hours per week on a rotating Monday‑to‑Friday or Tuesday‑to‑Saturday pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and package a range of snacking products, including Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites and seasonal items.
• Handle raw meat and ready‑to‑eat products safely on the production line.
• Meet daily production targets while adhering to health, safety and food‑safety standards.
• Perform manual handling tasks and operate line equipment as required.

Required profile

• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and follow training on food handling and safety.
• No prior experience necessary – full training will be provided.
