Production Operative

About the role

We are seeking motivated Production Operatives to help deliver high‑quality Brioche products to our customers. The role offers a clear progression path supported by ongoing training within a modern, large‑scale bakery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, control and manage baking machines and related equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation of the work area and production line.
• Perform and record regular quality checks against set deadlines.
• Participate in cleaning and routine maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety and food‑safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Flexible, ‘can‑do’ attitude towards shift work.
• Team‑oriented with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Some experience in a busy food‑production setting is advantageous but not essential.
