About the role

We are seeking reliable Production Operatives to join a market‑leading aerospace component manufacturer on the outskirts of Bridgwater. The role involves supporting the assembly and finishing of high‑specification aerospace products in a clean, modern facility, working a two‑shift pattern from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a range of production machinery and supporting equipment after training.
• Use hand tools to assist with assembly tasks across multiple departments.
