Production Operative – Temp to Perm (Harlow)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Production Operatives for a well‑established manufacturing business in Harlow. The position starts as a 12‑week temporary assignment with the prospect of permanent employment, offering a clean, modern environment and full training.

Key responsibilities

• Operate semi‑automated machinery and related equipment.
• Assemble products using small components and hand tools.
• Follow step‑by‑step digital instructions and process documentation.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the production run.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency while working as part of a team.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £12.71 – £13.
• Standard Monday‑Thursday 07:55‑16:40, Friday 07:55‑15:25 schedule.
