Production Operative – Temp-to-Perm (Shift Work)

About the role
We are seeking motivated Production Operatives for a long‑term, temp‑to‑perm opportunity in High Wycombe. The role follows a two‑week rotating shift pattern, offering a stable career path within a supportive manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble raw materials, prep, mix, measure and pack finished products.
- Operate and monitor automated equipment, controlling temperatures and processes.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily schedules.
- Participate in shift meetings and communicate critical information.
Required profile
- Basic maths and English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Strong attention to detail and physical fitness to lift up to 25 kg.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
Required skills
- COSHH awareness.
- Food handling knowledge.
- HACCP principles.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.63.
- 38.75 hrs/week on a rotating shift pattern.
