About the role
We are seeking reliable Production Operatives to join our timber truss assembly team in the Cullompton area. This full‑time, temporary position offers stable hours in a manufacturing environment and the chance to develop practical skills.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production team to assemble truss packs efficiently.
- Perform regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
- Follow established procedures and health‑and‑safety guidelines.
- Support general production operations as required.
Required profile
- Manufacturing, production or timber‑based experience is beneficial but not essential.
- High attention to detail and understanding of health‑and‑safety practices.
- Adaptable, proactive mindset with good communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and reliable own transport.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monday‑Thursday 7am‑3:30pm, Friday 7am‑2:30pm.
- £12.71 per hour basic pay and £19.07 per hour overtime.
- Stable full‑time hours and opportunity for development within a production setting.
