About the role

We are looking for Production Operators to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team in Petersfield. The role is full‑time with immediate starts and offers competitive shift rates. You will work in a modern, clean facility supporting a global employer.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and prepare products for shipment.
• Cap and label items according to specifications.
• Palletise finished goods for storage and dispatch.
• Perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Reliable, hardworking and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• No prior experience required – full training provided.

• Manual handling.
• Capping and labelling equipment operation.
• Palletising techniques.
