Production Operator – Full‑time, Immediate Starts

About the role

Join a well‑established global manufacturer in Petersfield as a Production Operator. The role is full‑time with a choice of day, late or night shifts and offers immediate start dates. No prior production experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Capping and labelling items
• Palletising finished goods
• Performing manual handling duties safely
• Working towards daily production targets
• Following quality standards and production procedures
• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times

Required profile

• Reliable and hardworking
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks
• Experience in warehouse, food production, manufacturing or logistics is a plus but not mandatory
