Production Operator – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that has recently undergone significant investment. You will work in a highly regulated GMP environment, producing products supplied to major UK retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure products meet the highest quality standards and comply with GMP regulations.
• Meet production targets while adhering to all compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment (non‑negotiable).
• Experience in a GMP‑regulated environment is desirable.
• Background in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or other highly regulated manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
