About the role
We are looking for a Production Planner to join a global infrastructure business in Edinburgh. You will help ensure that goods are manufactured and assembled efficiently, meeting project timescales and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure efficient manufacturing and assembly of goods within agreed timescales.
- Manage workflow across multiple processes and products, allocating materials, equipment and manpower appropriately.
- Monitor order progress to guarantee timely completion and stay within budget.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Production Planner role.
- Background in engineering or manufacturing (any sector acceptable).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with production ERP/MRP systems is advantageous.
